This week, we completed a project that involved veneer on a fireplace in a cabin located on the Deschutes River near Maupin, OR. We used Montana Mossy stone that was thinned down to 2-3 inches. The project took approximately 22 man hours to finish. The pictures below show the fireplace before is has been acid washed, therefore it looks much more dusty and faded than it will once it is clean.

March 2013

With the hard economic times, Ceniga's Masonry has been working with our brother company, Ceniga Construction, on several commercial projects over the past year, including the Walmart remodel in Bend and Petco in Redmond.

We are still available to work on projects in or around Central Oregon and we are currently bidding jobs accordingly. You may view our craigslist ad here: http://bend.craigslist.org/sks/3650541231.html

Schedule for April 2011

For April, Ceniga's Masonry is working for our brother company Ceniga Construction at the Forest Service building in Bend on the North East side. It is a large office building featuring lava rock wainscot and columns around the entire structure. We started at the end of March and will continue to work on it for most of the month of April.

The last job Ceniga's Masonry completed was in Sunriver. In a small gated community there, we laid cultured stone on a house featuring several columns at the entrance, and wainscot on the front of the building. The stairs leading to the front door had planters on both ends that were also covered in stone. It was during the middle of the winter when Central Oregon got the worst of the snow storms for the 2010-2011 winter snow season. Despite the weather conditions, we were able to tough it out and finish in a timely manner.
